Spell Request: Blue / Onyx / Egg

I apologize for the crosspost, and I realize I am making a somewhat
backwards request, but here it goes anyway.

I have come into possession of a blue stone, fashioned into the shape
of an egg. An expert in such things informed me that it is onyx, but I
wish to assert that it is not uniformly coloured, but rather, is
marbled in colours ranging from baby-blue to deep navy. The egg is
about 2.5" tall (ie: along it's longest axis) and is quite heavy for
its size, as it is a solid stone.

The circumstances of how & why it came into my possession and how & why
I have the belief that I need a spell are difficult if not impossible
to explain. Rather, I only know who the recipient of the spell needs to
be.

Can the learned and wise assist me by suggesting which spells will bind
strongly to this item (and it's owner/possessor or recipient) and which
ones will be augmented by it's inherent properties?

My own research leads me to conclude that spells involving fertility,
the throat chakra, dreams, grounding, protection, July, and the 7th
vibration may be looking in the right direction, but I require the
assistance of a more learned hand.
